This week is an adventure. Git along lil doggie, IT IS HOT OUT HERE! However, I am on Route 66! Who would have ever thunk that I would be out here in retro-ville? And the Turquoise Trail. I don't have any turquoise. I have never wanted any turquoise, BUT I will probably buy me some pretty turquoise something, just because I can. It is pretty country, if you are drawn to desert and red sand and more sand and, yes, more sand. I have not often seen people as friendly as we are finding them here. It is going to be a good week. There is a lot of art and creativity here.
Doh. I forgot the camera cord at home.

I've never been a huge fan of turqoise either , but it does come in a lot of different varieties , and some are beautiful. . .
and some looks a lot like little birdy eggs
but I already bought those so never mind
Hope you had a wonderful time!!! BTW I've been linked to Jokipeti for years!!! I love his photography and am using the Shelter Bay photo as my screen saver...I was of COURSE torn between that one and the Pemberton one (cuz of the pink flowers hehehe)huge hugs
