My covers for the new art journal collaborative, The Color Chronicles. My theme is Feather Your Nest. Everything I do these days seems to have some reference to birds and nests, so I decided to just go with it. 8x8 mat board with many layers of paint and "stuff". Fragments stamp from Beth Wilkes at Above the Mark, stamped into tinted molding paste. The cute little bird stamp is from Cats Life Press.

These are just so beautiful! I just love these textures, these layers, the colors, the depth! Oh Wow! I can't wait to work in the book! Yes, I'm going to be working in this book! How lucky am I?
